The real goal of Christ/Krishna consciousness is is to attain pure ecstatic devotional love for God and to give that kind of loving devotion to Krishna to the world as the best of all gifts of God. It's not just making a show of mindlessly jumping up and down like a monkey without transcendental tears & laughter, superficially saying look how ecstatic we are. It's not to just making a great show of praising how gorgeously the deity is decorated while you lay naked your whole life of worshiping Christ or Krishna without the symptoms of ecstatic emotions decorating your body. It's not repressing real devotees or teaching others that ecstatic emotions like crying, laughing, shivering in bliss chanting Krishna's( God's name is an offensive act against the Supreme Lord. It's not deceiving those who believe and depend on you that you are a great devotee Guru but don't show any tears or other devotional symptoms listed in the devotional books because it is offensive to God to do so.
